GRETNA – A loan company is seeking damages for sums due.
Gulfco of Louisiana LLC, dba Tower Loan of Cut Off, filed a suit July 16 against Mark Hebert and Lynette Hebert in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid balance of the pay that should have been furnished.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
