GRETNA – JPMorgan Chase Bank NA is seeking $9,516.26 allegedly due on a mortgage through the seizure and sale of the related property.
JPMorgan filed a lawsuit July 18 against Cecelia Mani in the 24th Judicial District Court.
According to the court filing, Mani is in default on mortgage payments for the property, which she received from a trust.
The plaintiff is represented by Daniel Reed of Seale, Smith, Zuber & Barnette LLP in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott Schlegel.
The 24th Judicial District Court case number 785741
