NEW ORLEANS – An electrical wholesaler is seeking more than $11,000 allegedly due on an open account.
Nu-Lite Electrical Wholesalers LLC filed a lawsuit July 12 against Live Wire Electric Inc., Monica Mentel and Edward Mentel in Orleans Parish Civil District Court.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account with a balance of $11,963.45 plus interest, claiming that the defendants have failed to pay off the balance due.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney's fees and all appropriate relief. It is represented by attorney J. Matt Thomas of The Smiley Law Firm LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John Melvin Zeno.
