Customer claims she fell in puddle at Outback Steakhouse

GRETNA –A woman is seeking damages for an alleged slip and fall in an Outback Steakhouse restaurant..

Beatrice Robertson filed a lawsuit July 20 against Outback Steakhouse of Florida LLC, also known as Bloomin' Brands Inc., in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, Robertson was allegedly injured on Aug. 6, 2017 when she stepped in a puddle of water and fell at an Outback in Metairie.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. She is represented by Michael Begoun of Wolfe, Begoun & Pick LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald Rowan Jr.
