GRETNA – A man is seeking damages for sums due of $100,000.
George Hallner filed a suit July 25 against Bobby L. Rivere in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid balance in the amount of $100,000, alleging that the defendant was negligent in paying it off.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Wayne Crochet in Harahan.
