GRETNA – Wells Fargo is seeking more than $163,000 for a customer.

Wells Fargo Bank filed a suit July 24 against Stacie Delcambre Russell and John Thomas Russell in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $163,007.37 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Candace Miers Bower of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John Molaison Jr.
