State of Louisiana seeks civil damages in narcotics case

GRETNA – The State of Louisiana is seeking damages for discovery of narcotics.

State of Louisiana filed a suit August 1 against Long Nguyen in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging possession of narcotics. 

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages alleging that the defendant was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics. The defendant is accused of possession of illegal narcotics.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by David Wheeler in Gretna.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius Regan.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 786229.
