GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $8,200 in sums due.
Capital One filed a suit Aug. 3 against Nixon Enterprises LLC and Clarice Nixon in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on a line of credit which were never paid off in the balance of $8,203.43 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley Chauvin of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius Regan.
