Capital One seeks over $2,700 from account holder

GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $2,700 in sums due.

Capital One Bank filed a suit August 3 against Mary K. Packer in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $2,742.40 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due.

The defendant is accused of open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius Regan.
