Barclays Bank seeks payment of $2,560 owed on Visa card account

GRETNA – Barclays Bank Delaware is seeking more than $2,500 allegedly due on a Visa card account.

Barclays Bank Delaware filed a lawsuit Aug. 7 against Sonja Guthrie in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the bank is seeking damages for an open account with a balance of $2,560.10 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the amount due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
