GRETNA – Bank of America is suing an account holder for $6,152.97 plus interest, in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due.
Bank of America filed the lawsuit on Aug. 6 against Nikki Yolanda Hammond. The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs.
The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.
