GRETNA – A funding company is seeking more than $2,500 in sums due.
Unifund CCR LLC filed a suit Aug. 13 against Rahim A. Abdallah in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $2,583.75 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn Ansardi.
