GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $2,300 in sums due.
Capital One Bank filed a lawsuit on Aug. 13 against Paul Cotoli in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account. According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking $2,391.56 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
