NEW ORLEANS – A credit company is seeking more than $38,000 on an unpaid car lease.
VW Credit Inc., dba Audi Financial Services, filed a lawsuit Aug. 21 against Leola Hicks in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on a lease for a vehicle which was not paid in full. The suit states that the defendant is indebted for the balance of $38,534.04 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Tabitha Mangano of Jackson & McPherson LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Kern Reese.
