GRETNA – Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Aug. 24 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Beverly D. Tedesco, alleging that she failed to pay off her credit card debt of $2,050.80 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due. The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Linly L. Hall of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
