GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $2,400 in sums due.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Aug. 24 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Jessica A. Talazac.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $2,436.67 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Linly Hall of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
