GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $1,800 in sums due.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Aug. 24 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Daniel Johnson.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $1,845.59 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
