Capital One Bank alleges it is owed more than $2,400

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking more than $2,400 in sums due from an alleged past due credit card account.

Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Aug. 24 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Terrence D. Sykes,  seeking damages of $2,433.39 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off an outstanding balance.

The defendant is accused of sums due. The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Linly L. Hall of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.
