GRETNA –– Capital One filed a lawsuit against a customer over an alleged credit card debt.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Aug. 31 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Janice Sayas.
According to the complaint, the defendant has failed to pay off a $2,358.54 balance. The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura A. Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.
