GRETNA –– Capital One is going after more than $2,000 in alleged credit debt in a recent lawsuit.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Aug. 31in the 24th Judicial District Court against Juan R. Brenes.
According to the complaint, the defendant owes $2,190.32, plus interest, in credit card debt.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura A. Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond S. Steib Jr.
