GRETNA –– Capital One filed a lawsuit over an alleged credit card debt totaling more than $4,500.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Aug. 31 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Gerald D. Hendrick Jr.
According to the complaint, the defendant owes $4,585.36, plus interest, in credit card debt.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura A. Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.
