GRETNA –– Capital One Bank claims a resident failed to pay his credit card bills.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Aug. 31 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Christopher N. Dupre.
According to the complaint, the defendant owes $2,351.45, plus interest, in credit card debt.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura A. Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.
