GRETNA –– A resident owes more than $2,000 in credit card bills, a bank claims.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Aug. 31 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Erin L. Lockhart.
According to the complaint, the defendant owes $2,080.56, plus interest, in credit card debt.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The bank is represented by Laura A. Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.
