Bank of America customer faces lawsuit over alleged debt of nearly $10,000

GRETNA –– Bank of America alleges a Jefferson Parish resident owes more than $9,800.

Bank of America filed a complaint on Aug. 31 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Linn Maul.

According to the complaint, the defendant owes $9,885.01, plus interest, on an open account.

The  plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court  costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura A. Guliuzo of Couch,  Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.
