GRETNA – A man is seeking damages for an injury he allegedly sustained at a Burlington Coat Factory.
Larry Trosclair filed a complaint on Sept. 10 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Burlington Coat Factory Warehouse Corp., Burlington Coat Factory Direct Corp., and the business located at 3324 Williams Blvd. in Kenner dba Burlington Coat Factory.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on Sept. 7, 2017 when the plaintiff was caused injury at the Burlington Coat Factory store when he stepped on an object that punctured his foot.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Kevin Riley in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee Faulkner Jr.
