GRETNA – A financial company is seeking more than $2,500 in sums due.

OneMain Financial Services Inc, as successor by merger OneMain Financial Services of Louisiana Inc. filed a complaint on Sept 11. in the 24th Judicial District Court against Victor Hernandez.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for the balance of $2,544.38 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Naomi Cohen Ivker of Zarzaur and Schwartz in Birmingham, Alabama.
