NEW ORLEANS – A petroleum company is seeking over $87,000 in sums due.
Haul of Fame Petroleum LLC filed a complaint on Sept. 6 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Infinity Fuels LLC
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due of $87,765.14 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Maurice Trippi of the Trippi Law Firm LLC in Hammond.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge D. Nicole Sheppard.
