GRETNA – A community college is seeking nearly $1,600.
Louisiana Community and Technical College System through Delgado Community College filed a complaint on Sept. 14 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Mason Alexander Garcia.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $1,582.14 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance owed.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Amy Richard of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John Molaison Jr.
