University of New Orleans seeks over $1,200 in sums due

GRETNA – A university is seeking more than $1,200 in sums due.

The University of Louisiana System Board of Supervisors through University of New Orleans filed a complaint on Sept. 14 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Sean Maldonado.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $1,247.90 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Kaila Hutchison of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott Schlegel.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 787621.
