GRETNA – A university is seeking over $1,000 in sums due.

The University of Louisiana System Board of Supervisors through University of New Orleans filed a complaint on Sept. 14 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Chare N. Leblanc.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for the sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due of $1,006.01 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Kaila Hutchison of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle Taylor.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 787619.
