GRETNA – A university is seeking over $4,800 in sums due.
The University of Louisiana System Board of Supervisors through University of New Orleans filed a complaint on Sept. 14 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Michael A. Hebert.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due in the amount of $4,899 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has not paid the sums due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Amy Richard of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald Rowan Jr.
