University of New Orleans seeks $4,100 from former student

GRETNA – A university is seeking more than $4,100 in sums due.

The University of Louisiana System Board of Supervisors through University of New Orleans filed a complaint on Sept. 14 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Marcus D. Taylor.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due in the amount of $4,139.25 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Anthony Winters of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 787654.
