GRETNA –– A credit union accuses a customer of not paying on a credit card balance of more than $19,000.
Louisiana Central Credit Union filed a complaint on Sept. 17 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Soumoutha T. Pugh.
According to the complaint, the defendant owes $19,737.67 plus interest on a credit card. The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Adejia L.A. Boutté Swafford in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.
