GRETNA –– A door company accuses a construction company of non-payment.
Jefferson Door Company LLC filed a complaint on Sept. 20 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Galaforo Construction LLC and Paul Galaforo.
According to the complaint, the defendant had an open account with plaintiff for building materials. The defendant's account now has an outstanding balance of $6,031.90. The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Roy J. D. Gattuso of Vezina & Gattuso LLC in Gretna.
The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.
