NEW ORLEANS – A student faces a lawsuit from a community college over an alleged debt.
Louisiana Community and Technical College System through Delgado Community College filed a complaint on Sept. 14 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Christie Frank.
According to the complaint, the defendant owes an outstanding balance of $1,449.57.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Amy D. Richard of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Ethel S. Julien.
