GRETNA –– A Harvey resident faces a lawsuit over an alleged unpaid mortgage.
Bank of America filed a complaint on July 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Michael Anthony Alexander Sr.
According to the complaint, the defendant failed to pay an outstanding balance of $115,036.74 plus interest.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Emily E. Holley of Shapiro & Daigrepont in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
