GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $1,800 in sums due.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Sept. 24 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Tyson Roussel.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $1,880.22 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Linly Hall of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
