GRETNA – Barclays Bank is seeking more than $8,900 in sums due.
Barclays Bank Delaware filed a complaint on Sept. 24 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Louise Lafont.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due of $8,963.01 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
