Jefferson Parish woman's credit card prompts lawsuit

GRETNA –– A Jefferson Parish woman faces a lawsuit over alleged credit card debt.

Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Sept. 24 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Constance Tross.

According to the complaint, the defendant failed to pay an outstanding balance of $2,667.02 plus interest.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Linly L. Hall of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
