GRETNA –– A bank is pursuing a Jefferson Parish woman over an alleged loan debt.
Capital One filed a complaint on Sept. 24 in the 24th Judicial District Court against MST Enterprises LLC and Marilyn Thornton.
According to the complaint, the defendant failed to pay an outstanding balance of $51,212.26 plus interest.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
