NEW ORLEANS – A community college claims a student owes on an alleged debt.
Louisiana Community and Technical College System through Delgado Community College filed a complaint on Sept. 14 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Lashana Nicole Riley.
According to the complaint, the defendant failed to pay an outstanding balance of $1,094 plus interest.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Kaila M. Hutchison of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Kern A. Reese.
