GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking more than $9,300.
Discover Bank filed a complaint on Sept. 24 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Rhonda Goff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $9,312.24 plus interest.
