GRETNA – A materials company is seeking more than $37,000 in sums due.
Quality Sitework Materials Inc. filed a complaint on Sept. 21 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Champion Contractors LLC.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $37,090.13 plus interest on an account.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Nicholas Zeringue of Zeringue Law Group in Thibodaux.
