NEW ORLEANS – A community college is seeking over $1,200 in sums due.
Louisiana Community and Technical College System through Delgado Community College filed a complaint on Sept. 24 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Johnetra D. Kisack.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $1,261.64 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Amy Richard of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Piper Griffin.
