NEW ORLEANS – A community college is seeking nearly $1,000 from a student.
Louisiana Community and Technical College System through Delgado Community College filed a complaint on Sept. 24 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Antonia Hall.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $689.72 plus interest of 33.33%, totaling a sum of more than $917.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Amy D. Richard of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Ethel S. Julien.
