Delgado Community College claims former student owes over $1,100

NEW ORLEANS – A community college is seeking more than $1,100.

Louisiana Community and Technical College System through Delgado Community College filed a complaint on Sept. 14 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Randial Chrisana Landry.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account in the balance of $1,195 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Kaila Hutchison of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge Melvin Zeno.

The Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case No. is 18-9264.
