GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking more than $83,000 in sums due.

Bank of America filed a complaint on Oct. 1 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Letrionne Jones.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due of $83,010.55 plus interest on a mortgage.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Daniel Reed of Seale, Smith, Zuber & Barnette LLP in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius Regan.
