Bank of America seeks over $158,000 on mortgage loan

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking more than $158,000 in sums due on a mortgage payment.

Bank of America filed a complaint on Oct. 4 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Noel Rivera.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in a mortgage alleging the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $158,149.08 plus interest. The defendant was negligent in staying up to date on payments to the plaintiff for a mortgage which was issued on Sept. 30, 2009.

The defendant is accused of sums due on a mortgage.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Kristy Massey Finley of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy Miller.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 788277.
