Delgado Community College is seeking more than $1,100 in sums due

NEW ORLEANS – A community college is seeking more than $1,100 in sums due.

The Louisiana Community and Technical College System through Delgado Community College filed a complaint on Oct. 4 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Samiyya Wakkia Richardson.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $1,120.22 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Kaila Hutchison of Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Christopher Bruno.

The Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case No. is 2018-9990.
