NEW ORLEANS – A community college is seeking more than $2,600.
Louisiana Community and Technical College System through Delgado Community College filed a complaint on Oct. 1 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Kioki Magee.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $2,611.50 plus interest on a student loan.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Kaila Hutchison of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John Molaison Jr.
